CivicRise Initiative empowers students to design, lead, and sustain real civic organizations through hands-on governance, leadership training, and community action.

About

CivicRise Initiative is a student-driven nonprofit dedicated to equipping young people with the tools, experience, and confidence to lead within their schools and communities. We believe civic education is most powerful when it is practiced—not just taught.

We help students build real student governments, lead civic projects, and develop leadership skills that prepare them for lifelong participation in democracy.

WHAT WE DO

CivicRise operates through four core programs:

School Launch Program

1

We help schools establish or strengthen student governments by providing constitutions, election systems, role structures, and training.

Leadership Development Workshops

2

Interactive sessions focused on public speaking, campaigning, negotiation, policymaking, and decision-making.

Civic Action Projects

3

Students design and lead real initiatives that address issues in their schools or communities.

Chapter Network System

4

Schools join a national network of CivicRise chapters that share resources, mentorship, and accountability systems.
